Tips For Harvesting Your Organically Grown Produce

Pine can make for a great type of mulch. Some garden plants have a higher acidity, and prefer a more acidic soil. Use pine needles to increase the acid level in your soil if you have plants that require higher acid. Spread a few inches of pine needles on your organic beds so that it will put the acid into your soil.

It's not what's on the surface that counts. Even if the plant looks lush on the upper leaves, the root system can have problems. These starts will stick around on the main plant
